Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to all digital products sold or delivered by AssistUp (including downloads, templates, toolkits, online courses, and other non-tangible goods).
2. All Sales Final (with Fair Exceptions)
Because our products are digital and available immediately after purchase, all sales are final once access is granted or the download begins.
We will, however, offer a refund or replacement if:

You accidentally made a duplicate purchase of the same product;

A technical issue on our side prevents access or download and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time; or

The product is materially misdescribed.
Refunds are not available for:

Change of mind or wrong expectation;

Inability to use the product due to system or third-party limitations; or

Failure to review product details before purchase.
3. Requesting Help or a Refund
Email support@assistup.example within 7 days of purchase. Include:

Order number and product name

Proof of purchase (email or receipt)

Description of the issue (and screenshots if relevant)
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. UK / EU Information (Digital Content)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases.
However, by requesting immediate access or download, you waive this right once the download or streaming starts.
At checkout, we display:
“I request immediate access to this digital content and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right to cancel once access or download begins.”
If a digital product is faulty or not as described, you may request repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK/EU law.
5. U.S. Customers
There are no mandatory digital-refund laws in most U.S. states. AssistUp’s policy of “all sales final” (with the exceptions listed above) applies across all U.S. purchases.
We comply with all applicable state and federal laws. If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it before pursuing a payment dispute.
